Strength Training

Muscle is the number one bio-marker of aging. We train out of a top-of-the-line gym, fully equipped with Hammer strength machines, including a smith rack, a cable machine, dead lift bar, dumbbell racks, free weights ,and plenty of floor space. If you're new to lifting weights we will teach you how to properly lift while safely building the body you desire. High Intensity Strength Training (also known also as Super Slow) is the safest and most effective way to build muscle and strength in minimum time. Just 30 minutes one day per week is all you need. Endurance Training

It's time to feel top-notch! Burn those extra fat calories, improve your physical and mental health, increase endurance, improve mood, build more energy, and sleep better than ever. Look and feel your best!
We will transform the body using a variety of aerobic and anaerobic techniques. Using interval training we will burn those extra calories and heat up your metabolism using techniques like tabata training, and H.E.A.T. cycles. We will steady your training to burn fat, improve stamina, and condition your heart. With a variety of equipment available to train with, including treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, battle ropes, TRX, the ROM trainer, and Havyk sliders, we have all it takes to fit your needs.

Functional Training

Functional Training is exercise designed for the everyday activity and movement performed by your body. Learn your body’s proper mechanics and improve your balance and stability, all while increasing your core strength. We use weight-bearing movements and safe balancing techniques with TRX, Bosu, medicine balls, exercise balls, kettlebells, free weights, bands, or just your body weight. We’ll work on proper posture and teach better alignment techniques. Perfect for all ages, for anyone wanting better balance or technique in exercise and everyday life. We address weaknesses and imbalances as we teach the importance of myofascial release, with methods such including foam rolling and massage.
